i3 Training Camp
The I3 Training Camp is a collaborative effort between Ducks S.C.O.R.E. and Ducks G.O.A.L. programs. This fifth grade character education initiative uses the sport of hockey to instill everyday values such as CITIZENSHIP, FAIRNESS, PERSEVERANCE, RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY and TRUSTWORTHINESS in students. Hockey is a sport rooted in these important values and in many cases, it common to see Anaheim Ducks players draw from them to attain success during a tough National Hockey League season.
The goals of the program are two fold. First, to provide an experience where students will have an appreciation for hockey and physical fitness as well as learn the necessary character values needed for success. Second, to introduce students to inline hockey and to prepare them for entry into the successful I3 Roller Hockey League.
